If you don’t have a will, the most legally robust way to ensure GASAH is safely part of your will is to contact your solicitor and follow the steps that they recommend.

If you do have a will then you can either request that your will be changed / updated. Due to the complexity of laws in different countries around the world, we recommend you seek your own legal counsel to ensure all the requirements in your local jurisdiction are met, even if it’s just to check the will.
